  1. I love that picture.
P.S. Thank you so much for all your positive comments, you're so kind. It really keeps me going when I know someone out there appreciates what I write, and that I'm not writing in vain. I do like to write for myself, but I love seeing what people think. Again, thanks.

  2. Hi Barry,

Trying to get around to everyone's blogs once again and get caught up. Will be reading back through your last several posts, so bare with me.

Interesting illustration you used for this quote/statement. I wish we really had the freedom to NOT believe everything we think, but it seems we have been drilled with the mentality that we HAVE to, that I find it often, a habit hard to break. Does that make any sense to you at all?!

  3. Makes perfect sense. I think there's an ingrained way of thinking that most of us possess, whether self-imposed or influenced by society (or perhaps self-imposed because of how society expects us to think/act/feel).

It is indeed a very hard habit to break. Much easier said than done.

  4. I know I always believe everything I think, and when I do it usually results in very negative things, I wish I could learn how to turn that off and not believe some of my most awful thoughts about myself...
